UBER JOINS HANDS WITH APOLLO HOSPITALS FOR URGENT MEDICAL CARE

Chennai, March 2017: To provide right treatment at the right time at an affordable price point, Apollo Hospitals launched Apollo Urgent Care OP Clinic and announced a partnership with ride-hailing major Uber for mobility.
The Urgent Care Clinic aims to provide service between 8.00 pm - 8.00 am starting today for emergency ailments and injuries that require minimal treatment options. The clinic will be treating medical conditions ranging from asthma attack pet bites, wounds, cuts, dizziness, cough, cold, fever, vomiting, etc.
Uber has partnered with Apollo Hospitals to offer patients and their families a hassle free timely ride to and from the hospital. Starting today, geo and time specific promo codes will be valid for rides taken between 8.00 pm and 8.00 am to/from Apollo Hospitals, Greams road.
Uber is also offering 10% off on uberX rides (up to Rs.40). There will be location specific splash screen for riders who open the app at Apollo Hospitals.
