Sony Music South to release Klang-born talented and imminent rap artist Balan Kashmir’s new single ‘Start That Thiruvizha’
Balan Kashmir who is known to redefine the Malaysian rap game through his inclusiveness and social messages via lyrics will soon be releasing a new track via Sony Music South called ‘Start That Thiruvizha’. A coming of age song is written and composed by Balan where in he has made sure the song video is all about happy vibes and in sync with the festive season. The video will be available on Sony Music South VEVO channel from December 15th onwards.
Says Balan, “Start That Thiruvizha has a new sound to it, something that my fans have never heard before. I dedicate this to my fans who have supported me through the years. The song is all about being happy and having fun and I want to spread this message world over.”
Vikna Raj who is managing the artiste and the company behind this project Click KL Agency believes this video and song could shape shift the way audiences perceive independent and bilingual music. The Klang rapper is synonymous for his language crossovers. He has done tracks both in English and Tamil and has witnessed success in both. He has also worked as a solo rapper / song writer with many established names in the past. He has also been a prominent player in the Malaysian music scene.
