Microsoft partners with TANSTIA to Accelerate SMB growth with Windows 10 devices

Chennai, May 10, 2016: Microsoft and Tamil Nadu Small and Tiny Industries Association (TANSTIA) have come together to offer a range of modern business devices powered by Windows 10 Pro to empower Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) in the state to fast-track their growth. Microsoft, along with OEM partners Acer, Datamini, Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Smartron among others – is bringing a range of laptops, desktops and hybrid (2-in-1) devices for TANSTIA’s member SMBs. All of these devices address three crucial business needs of SMBS–Productivity, Security, and Cost Effectiveness.

These devices,showcased today, harness the power of Windows 10 Pro to work seamlessly across form factors – from notebooks, tablets and innovative 2-in-1 hybrids, to desktops and powerful workstations with keyboard, mouse and large displays. Further, they allow SMBS to leverage cost-effective solutions using mobility and the cloud to foster collaboration and take their business to the next level. SMBs can then manage the day-to-day challenges of anywhere, anytime access to data and business tools to stay competitive and productive without any fear of data breaches.

To make adoption of technology easier for SMBs, Microsoft and its OEM partners are making these devices available for TANSTIA members at compelling prices starting from INR.14,999. Some key devices being offered include the Acer Travelmate P645 notebook, Datamini TPOS7 tablet Dell Latitude 115000 Series 2-in-1, HP Spectre Pro x360 2-in-1., Lenovo ThinkPad Lenovo X1 Yoga, and the SmartronTBook 2 in 1.

Quadrasystems.net India Private Limited (Quadra), a Microsoft Gold Competency partner will lead the deployment of these solutions in the state.

Smarter SMB by Smarter Biz: is a CRM application built on Microsoft Excel and helps SMBs manage customer relationships, optimize sales, and improve communication and collaboration with customers. IDOS is a Microsoft Excel-based simple-to-use accounting software which comes with in-built compliance and real-time internal audit capabilities.
