Chennai, 19th April 2016: Phoenix MarketCity will be hosting, Chrome.O.Soul, a unique band that believes in creating a sound of soulful music by blending each note to the pleasure of the listener.
Sharanya is from a Jazz, Pop-Funk background who has sung for Grammy winning composer Ricky Kej and many celebrated music directors such as Ilayaraja, Vijay Antony etc. The other members in the line-up are Godfray Immanuel, a seasoned guitarist, Reshwin Nishith who is one of the most sought after bassist in the country, Rahul Muralidhar, a drummer par excellence and Jerard Felix, who churns symphony magic with the Keyboard.
The quintet has been received with rave reviews and has swept away accolades at several national competitions including the Hornbill International Rock contest in 2014. Effortlessly blending musical technicality with tunes that are unbelievably unforgettable, the band has a fresh and unique sound that is one of a kind. Influenced by Funk-Pop and Neo-Soul, the band has a playlist meant to set your feet tapping and your hands clapping, this Saturday night!
