Chennai, 11 September 2017: The Social Enterprise Cell of Azim Premji University invites ideas from students of Colleges, Universities and Research institutions across India for the 2nd National Social Enterprise Idea Challenge to be held on Saturday, October 21st 2017, at Azim Premji University, Bengaluru.
The endeavour is to provide a platform for ideas strongly driven by a desire to solve a complex social problem in the domains of education, health, livelihood, sustainability and public policy and identify individuals who are committed towards social change. The event presents an opportunity to shape students’ entrepreneurial aspirations through mentorship support and network with other established entrepreneurs, besides winning cash prizes worth Rs. 50,000/-.
Each team will have to register online and also submit a detailed application form about their proposed idea, social impact, feasibility and financial model etc. Last date for registration/submission of forms is 15th September, 2017.
All submission will be evaluated by a selected panel of jury members and 15 best teams will be invited for final presentation on October 21st.
