Chennai, 11th August, 2017: Celebrating Madras Day, Phoenix MarketCity, the one-stop destination for live entertainment and shopping, will be hosting a two-day event to entertain and enchant shoppers with a dance performance by Anita Ratnam on the 19th of August (Saturday) and a stand-up comedy session by Alex, Pravin and Mervin on the 20th of August (Sunday).
The event will begin with a contemporary dance performance by using voice, vedic hymns, drumming and devised movements, by the renowned dancer, Anita Ratnam. Appreciated by audience across the globe for her unique style and dynamism, Anita promises an evening of a powerful dance performance by bringing a contemporary twist to the Classical dance form.
Continuing the ebullience for the next day, Alex, Pravin and Evam, the most sought after comics in the country will be hosting an evening of stand-up comedy.
