Easwari Engineering College Signed MoU with Transun Energy Systems

Chennai 08^th, August 2017: The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Easwari Engineering College has signed an MoU with Transun Energy Systems, a leading solar energy training and Consultancy Company specialized in photovoltaic (PV) design and PV system audits. Transun Energy Systems is also an active partner with government, educational institutions and private enterprise on a global scale in facilitating the growth and development of the renewable energy industry through education, training, engineering, consulting and publications.

The scope of the MoU is

* Transun Energy Systems shall organize In-plant trainings and Industrial visits for 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th year students of Easwari Engineering College at company premises which shall be handled by expertise from Transun Energy Systems.

* Transun Energy Systems shall provide the expertise for organizing at least one workshop, if so required by the Institution every year in the premises of Easwari Engineering College.

* Transun Energy Systems shall provide the expertise for organizing at least one Photovoltaic Energy Domain based Guest Lecture, if so required every year in the premises of the Institution.

* Transun Energy Systems shall charge a nominal fee for conducting the workshop and utilize the part of the fund collected in establishing Solar street lights or solar power plant or Setting up of solar research centre.

* Transun Energy Systems will provide the list of problems faced by industry (PDD-Problem Definition Database) to do final year projects & Consultancy work.

* Transun Energy Systems will conduct Campus interview at Easwari Engineering College, to recruit students.

Dr.R. Shivakumar, Chairman, Easwari Engineering College and Mr.Vijayabalan CEO and Founder of Transun Energy Systems participated the MoU ceremony and Signed the MoU in front of the Registrar, SRM University,  and Governing Council Member, Direct General, Deputy Director, Dean (Academics), Dean( Research), Principal, Vice Principal( Admin), Head of the EEE Department, Professors and Heads of the departments, Faculty and Students. In the Event the Chairman encouraged the students and Faculty members of the department to do research and Consultancy works in the field of Solar Energy.
