Chennai, August, 2nd 2017: Electronics and Instrumentation Department of Easwari Engineering College, Ramapuram, organized an IET SPONSORED TWO DAYS WORKSHOP for the students of various colleges. Chief Guest Mr. S.Marutha Nayagam, Deputy General Manager-Engineering, NEC India Pvt. Ltd inaugurated the workshop.
In this two days’ workshop the students learn about the Introduction to Solar Energy, Preliminary Design & Detailed design using Photovoltaic (PV) System, Comparison of PV & Concentrated Solar Thermal (CSP), Grid connected Solar Plant Design, Standalone Solar Plant Design, Inverter Sizing and Design, MPPT Algorithm, Battery Sizing, Cost optimization, Land Optimization and Introduction to Microgrid
