Get ready to soak in Mughlai delicate flavours and aromas with Machali Anarkali, Murg Tikka Mirza Hasnoo and Galavat Ke kabab, while for the discerning vegetarian palate the Chef personally recommends his signature dish, Anjeer Ke Kebab. His array of meticulously handcrafted culinary delights also include Paneer Zafrani Tikka, Dal Ke kebab, Khoya aur khubani ke kebab, to name a few. The main course indulges one in the delectable flavours of the robust Lagan ka murg, Mughlai mutton stew, the aromatic Dum ki Gosht Biryani, Nehari Nalli Gosht and the famous Murgh Shahjahani. The Chef recommends the Paneer Nawabi Korma, Khumb matar makai korma, Gobhi Musallam and the Shahi kaju aloo for our vegetarian patrons.
