Magicbricks’ launches Magicbricks Leadership Academy (MBLA) to empower future leaders
MBLA will drive meritocracy through end-to-end competency development agenda
Having established itself as a clear leader in the online real estate space, Magicbricks, India’s No.1 property portal, is now empowering its Human Capital to become leaders of tomorrow with the recent launch of Magicbricks Leadership Academy (MBLA).
Led by Anil Kumar Misra, CHRO, Magicbricks, MBLA will work towards igniting the personal transformation among employees and inspire them to become better future leaders, who would have a greater impact on the business. The MBLA programme library will comprise - Technical and Leadership programs. Under Leadership Programs, employees will be trained about Career Development, Sales Effectiveness, Workplace Essentials and special programmes for People Managers. Technical Programs will have technical certification courses, sponsored programs from premier institutes, customises technical training programs and etc.
“In today’s VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertainty, Complex and Ambiguity) world, meritocracy has become the cornerstone of all successful business. MBLA is an institution created with an aim to drive meritocracy through end-to-end competency development agenda for our colleagues both in technical as well as leadership area. It is time for us to perceive training as an investment and not cost,” said Mr. Misra.

The talents will be carefully selected to be a part of MBLA programs and the course modules have been structured carefully to accelerate learning and development. By working closely with HoDs, Line Managers and colleagues on an ongoing basis, the MBLA team will identify competency gaps of an individual, be it technical or behavioural and customize a learning intervention to address that need. MBLA has a strong in-house training facilitators across top-7 cities to ensure effective learning intervention for the entire human capital.
MBLA will craft a Professional Development Plan (PDP) for the entire workforce and will publish the annual training calendar. The programs and the Action plan will be in sync with the PDP to ensure measurable business impact.
