Innovative mango preparations at La Patisserie, Taj Coromandel

The King of Fruits takes centre-stage yet again at TAJ COROMANDEL this summer as Pastry Chef Ravi Varma creates magical treats with the season’s choicest mangoes at La Patisserie. There are pralines, desserts and the good old mithais, all with mangoes of course!

Go for the mango pralines like Saffron and mango (Milk chocolate with filling of saffron and mango ganache); Mango basil (White chocolate with filling of mango and basil ganache) and Mango Praline (Semi-sweet chocolate with filling of mango and hazelnut praline). And there’s more…the desserts include Mango Opera (Crunchy almond sponge layered with mango butter cream and mango chocolate ganache);
