Chef Ganesh will tickle your palate by cooking up some authentic and mouth-watering delicacies such as Chepala Pulusu – fish in tangy sauce, Thottakura Mamsam – mutton with amaranth leaves, Kodi Kura – the Andhra version of pepper chicken and the famous Chicken Pulao, using a host of authentic spices to bring in the distinctive and inimitable flavor.
The live counter serves Pesarattu – a dosa made with green gram with diced onions as a filling & served with ginger chutney; and also the Andhra Chili Chicken, living up to its name, tossed in Chili paste and served piping hot.
The Peethala Charu has a fine balance of crab & pepper flavors in a thin appetizing soup. The vegetarian selections offer a wide repertoire of choices such as Munakkaya Pulusu – drumstick in red sauce, Bangala vepudu – stir fried potatoes, Dondakaya Kobari – gherkins cooked with coconut, Mamadikaya Pappu – lentils infused with mango & the all-time favourite Pulihora – the tamarind rice.
An Andhra meal is complimented by the mango pickle, podis & dosakai pachadi, the gongura chutney; combined with fragrant rice and a spoonful of ghee.
