Chennai, March08, 2016: Aasife Biriyani today announced ‘The Great Biriyani Challenge’, a biriyani eating competition open to one and all. The competition will take place on Thursday, March 29, 2016 at Aasife Biriyani’s Palavakkam outlet (No 112, ECR Road, Palavakkam, Chennai).
All non-vegetarian biriyani enthusiasts above 18 years of age can enrol themselves for the contest by logging onto aasifebiriyani.com and fill in the registration form.
Registrations will be open from March 9th to March 24th, 2016.
30 lucky participants will be picked from among the registrations who will fight-eat it out for the winner, runner-up and the second runner-up prizes. At the Grand Finale, participants will be given 20 minutes to eat as much Biryani as they can without spilling. Spilling would lead to disqualification.
The winner, runner-up and the second runner-up will get cash prizes worth Rs. 10,000/-, Rs.5,000/- and Rs. 3,000/- respectively.
