Gleneagles Global Health City to host the prestigious Royal College Examination for Pediatrics & Child Health
~ Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health examination to be held in Chennai on the 29th and 30th of January 2017 ~
January 27, 2017, Chennai: Gleneagles Global Health City, the largest facility of Gleneagles Global Hospital, a Parkway Pantai enterprise, teamed up with the Kanchi Kamakodi CHILDS Trust Hospital, to host the membership examination to the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH), London. Gleneagles Global Hospital will be the only center to host the Membership examination for the Royal Collage of Pediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) in Tamil Nadu and would not only serve as a center for Indians, but also for candidates from neighboring countries.
The MRCPCH examination at the Gleneagles Global Health City, Perumbakkam, will be held on the 29th and 30th of January. This is the second time Gleneagles Global Health City is conducting the MRCPHC examination and a team of senior pediatricians from various institutes in the United Kingdom will be travelling to Chennai to conduct the examination.
The MRCPCH exam is usually taken during the period of basic specialist training, which in the UK normally lasts for two to three years. The MRCPCH consists of couple of written exams and finally a clinical exam. Successful completion of MRCPCH exam is mandatory to pursue higher specialist training in the field of pediatrics and child health in United Kingdom.
