CHENNAI: Government Railway Police retrieved a body of youth in a mutilated condition on railway tracks near Perungalathur on Sunday.
Later, the deceased was identified as Arvindkumar (19), a college student from Kamarajapurm, near Tambaram.
After the post-mortem at Government Hospital in Chromepet, his body was handed over to his parents. GRP Tambaram is investigating the case.
